2. DEFINITIONS

3. SUBJECT

These General Terms regulate the relationship between the Owner and Users regarding the use of the website and the services offered, including ticket sales for the audio-visual program “Tsarevgrad Tarnov – Sound and Light”.

The performance is viewed from a designated observation hall located at 6 Nikola Pikolo St., Veliko Tarnovo (behind the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary).

3.1 Ticket Purchase

Tickets are purchased through the website. By completing a purchase, the User makes an electronic declaration of intent to enter into a contract under the Electronic Commerce Act. This declaration is binding and orders cannot be modified or cancelled after completion. To purchase a ticket, the User must create an account by providing an email address and password.

The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. All notifications regarding the performance will be sent to the provided email address.

Steps:

3. Pay by card

Tickets are automatically sent to the registered email.

Payments are processed in euro, and slight differences may occur due to exchange rates.

Tickets do not need to be printed; they can be presented digitally via QR code.

IMPORTANT:

Invoices are issued upon request via email.

Each visitor must keep their ticket until the end of the event. No refunds are given for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult in accordance with Bulgarian child protection laws.

Withdrawal Policy

According to Article 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal (14-day period) does not apply to entertainment services. Therefore, tickets cannot be cancelled.

3.2 Cancellation

If the event is cancelled, only the full ticket price will be refunded:
1. On-site at the company office
2. Via the online payment system
By clicking “Buy”, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (texts, images, logos) is the property of soundandlight.bg or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Users have the right to:

• Access content for personal use
• Purchase tickets and attend the event

Users must:

• Not violate laws or third-party rights
• Provide accurate information

Users are entitled to refunds or rescheduling in case of cancellation.

In case of schedule changes, users will be notified by email and via the website.

The event time may change due to weather or force majeure.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Owner:

• Does not guarantee error-free content
• Is not liable for damages from website use
• Is not responsible for external links
• Is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of data, profits)

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, only the ticket price is refunded.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

By using the website, users consent to data processing for ticket purchase purposes.

8. CHANGES

9. APPLICABLE LAW

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or by the competent court in Veliko Tarnovo.
